❌ VK Wintec Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Whether you made a mistake or simply changed your mind, VK Wintec makes it easy to cancel your order—provided it hasn’t already entered the dispatch process.
🕒 When Can You Cancel?
You may cancel your order if:
- The cancellation request is made before the order is shipped
- The product is not custom-made or non-returnable
- You provide your order number and reason for cancellation
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled—but you may still be eligible for a return or refund (see our Returns Policy).
💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
🚫 Exceptions
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The item has already shipped
- The product is marked non-cancellable or final sale
- The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order (for express items)
